I don't know if you like this or not but I thought I can tell you a funny idea for you about the whole SSJ3 in Dragonball Z Raging Blast, it could be a continuation of the your artwork of 'FANSERVICE':

Goku could be really jealous of both SS3 Vegeta & Broly as those talk about something funny and Goku starts mourning about it

Goku: Damn it! Its not fair! I'm the main character of DBZ and I'm the only SS3 in the entire series!!! At least its just those two...

Then Goku turns round and gets horriefied as Sora, Axel, Bardock and Barrack Obama are all SS3

Sora: Hey Goku! Check it out! We SS3's too!

Axel does a funny cheeky grin while doing a peace sign

Obama: Change has come, being a Super Saiyan 3 that is!
